1) Scope
This Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on [www.x-industech.com]. Industrial packaging products are often shipped and handled in environments where condition matters; therefore, returns require authorization and inspection.
2) Return Eligibility (Standard Items)
Subject to the exclusions below, standard (non-custom) in-stock items may be eligible for return if:

You request a return authorization within [30] days of delivery, and

Items are unused, unassembled (if applicable), unmodified, and

Items are returned in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging), and
-
Items are received back in resalable condition as determined by our inspection.
3) Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return except for verified manufacturing defects:

Customized / made-to-order items (e.g., custom color, custom logo, special dimensions, project-specific tooling)

Prototype, sample lots (unless otherwise stated)

Clearance / closeout / final sale items

Items that show signs of use, damage, contamination, labeling/marking, or modification
4) Return Authorization (RMA) Process
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To request an RMA, email [xindustechx@gmail.com] with:

Order number
-
Items and quantities to return
-
Reason for return
-
Photos (required for damaged/defective claims)

For freight orders: delivery receipt notes and pallet labels (if available)
If approved, we will issue:

An RMA number
-
Return instructions and return address
-
Packaging and palletization requirements (if freight)
Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional handling fees.
5) Return Shipping & Responsibilities

Customer-initiated returns (non-defective): customer is responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss during return transit.

Our error / verified defect: we will arrange replacement and/or provide return shipping guidance as appropriate.
For LTL freight returns, the customer must ensure the shipment is properly palletized and secured to prevent damage. Improper packaging may void eligibility for a refund.
6) Restocking Fees
For eligible, non-defective returns, a restocking fee of [15%–25%] may apply to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (freight) or [3] business days (parcel), and

Provide photos of the product, packaging, and labels, plus delivery receipt notes (for freight)
We may, at our discretion:

Send replacement parts or units,
-
Arrange a replacement shipment,

Issue a refund or credit after verification,

File a carrier claim (where applicable)
8) Exchanges
For standard items, exchanges may be handled as:

A return of the original item (subject to approval), and
-
A new purchase order for the replacement item
For time-sensitive projects, we may offer a cross-ship replacement option subject to stock availability and payment authorization.
9) Refund Timing & Method
Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are processed within [7–10] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.
10) Order Cancellations

Before shipment: cancellation requests may be accepted.

After shipment / in production / customized: cancellation may be denied or subject to fees, including production costs and shipping charges.
11) Limited Warranty (Optional Section)
We warrant that our products will be free from material manufacturing defects under normal industrial use for [12] months from delivery. This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse, abuse, improper handling, chemical exposure beyond specifications

Damage caused by freight carriers or third parties
-
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Warranty remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
