Our Shanghai Design & R&D Center (2,000+ sqm) supports rapid iteration and technical reviews with dedicated areas for design, tooling development support, product display, testing, and customer collaboration. Our in-house design and engineering team includes 50+ professionals, led by experts with 20+ years of industry experience, and strengthened continuously with new talent. We bring both solid engineering fundamentals and hands-on manufacturing knowledge across product development, mold-making, and injection molding—so designs are optimized for both performance and manufacturability.

X-INDUSTECH integrates a high-quality manufacturing ecosystem in China, with long-term collaboration across 15+ factories, including joint R&D programs. We also hold controlling interests in several core factories to strengthen capacity assurance, scheduling stability, and quality execution. These factories typically have 10+ years of industry operating experience, established production and quality management systems, and comprehensive, modern equipment to support both customized features and high-volume delivery.
For customers running automated or data-driven operations, we can integrate chips and smart tags into foldable totes and logistics containers—enabling capabilities such as automated verification at loading/transfer/receiving, mobile-based container management, security alerts (e.g., lid-open notifications), and optional condition monitoring (e.g., vibration/temperature). The result is packaging that supports not only physical flow, but also operational visibility and control.
Reusable packaging is a practical path to reducing waste and improving operational efficiency. In addition to durable design and lifecycle services, X-INDUSTECH is advancing transparency through Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) statements issued by TÜV Rheinland, based on ISO 14067:2018 with a Cradle-to-Gate boundary for key product lines. This helps customers who require standardized carbon documentation for sourcing, reporting, or internal sustainability initiatives.
