X-INDUSTECH’s Design & R&D Center is located in Shanghai, China and spans 2,000+ square meters. It is purpose-built to support the full customization lifecycle—featuring professional design workstations, tooling and mold-development resources, product display areas, a dedicated testing center, modern offices, and a customer reception space for technical reviews and program workshops.
Our in-house R&D and design team includes 50+ professionals, led by industry experts with 20+ years of experience. We continuously bring in new talent and stay current with evolving materials, manufacturing methods, and application requirements. The team combines strong engineering fundamentals with hands-on project execution across product development, tooling/mold manufacturing, and injection molding, enabling faster iteration and more reliable outcomes from prototype to mass production.
In addition to our internal capabilities, we work closely with design and engineering teams across China’s leading plastic packaging factories. This deep co-development experience helps us optimize designs for manufacturability, improve process stability, and scale production efficiently—especially for programs that require tight tolerances, consistent quality, and dependable delivery schedules.
